MORE BIZ Question

Hey everyone, I need some advice on training a sales person. I opened up my shop and (http://maplered.com) have been getting most of my sales on word of mouth friends and (http://maplered.com) a couple of builders around the area. But i just hired some one to work the office who knows a lot about the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) business, but has no experience as a sales perosn though. I would like to get her out and (http://maplered.com) make me some sales but I no big sales person myself. can you guys give me some advice on where to send her, what to teach her, things she know and (http://maplered.com) everything else?
